The Ratchet Hatchet axe throwing bar and lounge - located right in the middle of Ellicottville, takes competitive bar sports to the next level. Between the delicious cocktails, to the cozy vibes, you will be staying for more than just the axe throwing.  How we do it: With three bays we specialize in small group sessions (2-8 people). But we take reservations for up to 20 people during normal business hours.  Private events of up to 50 people are also available. Our trained axe coaches teach the basics and safety of axe throwing before leading your group through a series of competitive games. Axe throwing is priced per person: $20 for 30 minutes and $35 for 1 hour. We are open Thursday - Sunday. We encourage making a reservation, walk-ins are welcome with accommodation based on availability. We’ve got more than just axes...
