Ellicottville Syrup Co. is a family owned and operated business in the town of Ellicottville New York. Located 8 minutes north of town, we operate off of about 50 acres of land that has been in the family since the 1960's. Originally all farm land owned by David & Mary Moss of Ellicottville New York... the land has since slowly developed into the beautiful sugar bush generations of my family have watched grow to current day.
We strive for excellent syrup! Thats what we like and thats what we want you to have! With our fuel fired Leader Evaporator we focus currently on non R/O syrup. This allows a greater boiling time to better enhance flavor for the ultimate maple experience. From cotton candy to maple soft serve to the syrup itself.
