Contest Rules for Northtown Contests:

• Promotion runs 05/02/2025 – 05/09/2025 from 12:01 AM – 11:59 PM 

• From 05/02/2025 – 05/09/2025 contestants will enter their name, email address, phone number and mailing address on a designated landing page to become eligible for the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce
  
  
• From the group of contestants who entered their contact information, we will place all entries into a spreadsheet, randomize a list of winners, and contact the first person on that list as the winner. If we are not able to contact a winner, we will move on to the next person on the list and so on and so forth.
  
  
• One winner will be contacted on 05/12/2025. The winner will receive a prize package with gift cards from some of your favorite Ellicottville businesses, a car detail from Northtown Automotive and 2 tickets to Ellicottville’s Summer Music Festival. 

• Promotion valid only on promotion date and times listed.
  
  
• Limit one entry per person.
  
  
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
  
  
• Participants must meet the eligibility requirements.
  
  
• No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion.
  
  
• Prize(s) must be claimed within 48 hours (2) days of the date of the drawing, or they will be forfeited.
  
  
• Valid government-issued, photo ID required.
  
  
• Prize must be accepted as awarded.  No substitutions, replacements or cash equivalents will be performed. Offer is non-transferable.
