· Promotion
The Chamber actively promotes its members when responding to inquiries. Your name will be placed in the Guide to Ellicottville (30,000 copies annually) and on our Web Site (12 million hits annually) with a photo description of your business and links to your website and email. Members are also promoted through several trade shows in both Canada and the US as well as through various media advertising campaigns. The Chamber receives over $200,000 annually in various advertising media and is the leading voice for promoting the area. Our one Brand one voice philosophy means members do not have to advertise regionally, it is all done by the Chamber and included in your dues.
· Group Health Insurance

· BJ’s Wholesale Club Discount
Any current Chamber member is entitled to a discounted rate at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Olean, NY. The rate per year is $20.00 + tax (savings of $15) and you will need a letter from the Chamber of Commerce office confirming that you are a current member.
· Business Development Committee
This committee is for all members and meets the second Wednesday of every month to discuss issues relevant to the business community. Festival and promotional plans are discussed as well as any issue or suggestion a member may have.
· Festival and Special Events
The Chamber hosts 13 special events such as the Gazebo Series, Mardi Gras Weekend, Jazz Festival, Rock n'Oldies Weekend, Summer Festival of the Arts, Taste of Ellicottville, Ellicottville Golf Classic, Fall Festival, Blues Festival, Christmas in Ellicottville and the Christmas Stroll. · Community Services
The Chamber helps promote many community services including annual Scholarships at The Ellicottville Central School. We annually raises over $80,000 for community not for profit organizations at Fall Festival.
· Web Site
As a member of the Chamber you are entitled to a free listing on this website which gets nearly 12 million hits annually. Your listing includes one photo and a description of your business with hyperlinks to your own email and web site. Choose which category you would like to be listed in. Multiple category listings with pictures are $30 each.
· Guide to Ellicottville
As a member of the Chamber you are entitled to a free listing in our Guide to Ellicottville, We publish the guide twice a year and we distribute them throughout Southern Ontario, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and beyond. Full color ads in various sizes can also be purchased.
· Chamber Office
The Chamber office is open five days a week throughout the year and maintains member’s literature and an accommodation referral system. We are also act as a County Visitor Center provididng information to countywide travelers.
Membership Options
Principal Membership: is available to any person, firm or Corporation within the Town and Village limits of Ellicottville, New York. Principal members shall have any and all rights provided by the Chamber including the right to vote or hold office.
Non-resident Business Membership: Any person, firm or corporation not within the Town or Village limits of Ellicottville may become a non-resident member. Non-resident business members do not have the right to vote or hold office.
Social/ Retired Membership: Any person may become a social/retired member. This category of membership allows the member the right to receive mailings and attend functions only and does not provide the right to vote or hold office.
